Key Responsibilities

Financial Management

• Lead and manage all finance and accounting functions of the organization.
• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Cash Flow & Treasury Management

• Manage company cash flow to ensure operational liquidity.
• Monitor banking relationships and optimize working capital.
• Oversee payment schedules and receivable collections.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts and treasury reports.
• Ensure efficient utilization of financial resources.

Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation laws, and statutory regulations.
• Manage VAT, corporate tax, and other regulatory filings.
• Coordinate internal and external audits.
• Maintain strong internal financial controls and risk management practices.
• Ensure accurate ERP system reporting and financial data integrity.

Leadership & Team Management

• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.
• Coordinate with project managers, procurement, operations, and senior management.
• Provide strategic financial advice to executive leadership.
• Drive process improvements and financial automation initiatives.
• Promote collaboration and continuous professional development within the finance department.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• CA, ACCA, or CMA qualification is preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the Shipyard or Construction industry, preferably within the Oil & Gas or EPC sector.
• Strong knowledge of forecasting, financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, taxation, and ERP systems.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• High level of integrity and professional ethics.
