Forklift Operator Full Time

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure proper placement and stacking of materials to prevent damage and maintain warehouse organization.

• Assist in receiving, checking, and storing incoming materials according to inventory procedures.

• Support dispatch operations by preparing goods for loading and ensuring timely movement of materials.

• Follow all safety regulations, warehouse rules, and standard operating procedures at all times.

• Maintain clear pathways and organized storage areas to ensure safe movement within the warehouse.

• Coordinate with warehouse supervisors, storekeepers, and other team members to meet daily operational targets.

• Handle materials carefully to minimize product damage and losses.

• Assist with inventory counts and stock verification when required.

• Maintain cleanliness of the work area and ensure equipment is parked properly after use.

Safety & Compliance

• Adhere strictly to occupational health and safety standards while operating forklifts.

• Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required during operations.

• Report accidents, near misses, or unsafe conditions immediately to supervisors.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements related to material handling.

Qualifications & Experience

• Valid forklift operator license or certification is required.

• Prior experience as a Forklift Operator in a warehouse, logistics, or industrial environment is preferred.

• Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory handling processes.

• Ability to read basic instructions, labels, and safety signs.
