• Handle customer concerns and complaints calmly and respectfully.
• Assist patients and visitors with basic administrative requirements.
• Maintain a friendly and supportive approach, particularly when dealing with healthcare customers.
• Ensure customers receive timely assistance and appropriate guidance.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling customer or patient information.

Telephone & Communication

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally.
• Handle customer inquiries through telephone and other communication channels.
• Take accurate messages and forward them to the appropriate personnel.
• Make calls when required for appointments, confirmations, or administrative purposes.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with customers and colleagues.
• Communicate effectively in English and Tagalog according to customer requirements.

Appointment & Reception Support

• Assist with appointment scheduling and coordination when required.

• Assist customers with registration or basic documentation procedures.

Requirements

• Tagalog speaking is MANDATORY.
