Key Responsibilities

Office Support

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of office premises.
• Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
• Ensure meeting rooms are clean and ready before meetings.

Document & Courier Handling

• Deliver and collect documents from different departments.
• Assist in photocopying, scanning, filing, and document organization.
• Handle incoming and outgoing courier packages.
• Maintain confidentiality while handling office documents.
• Support document distribution within the company.
• Organize files and maintain proper documentation.

General Assistance

• Assist visitors by directing them to the appropriate departments.
• Help with loading, unloading, and moving office materials when required.
• Support company events, meetings, and office activities.
• Perform errands assigned by management.
• Assist different departments whenever operational support is needed.
• Carry out additional duties assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

• Immediate joiners are preferred.
• Candidates currently located in the UAE will be given preference.
• Previous experience as an Office Boy or Office Assistant is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of office procedures.
