• Optimize transportation routes and implement cost-effective logistics solutions.
• Maintain dispatch records and provide logistics-related information for billing and finance processes.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and logistics KPI reports.
• Support internal and external audits related to shipping compliance, transportation safety, and inventory controls.
• Maintain transporter and vendor databases and evaluate service performance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within logistics and reporting functions.
