Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality, visually engaging assets for both digital and print platforms, including social media graphics, pitch decks, brochures, packaging, event materials, and more.
• Work across multiple client accounts and industries, interpreting different brand guidelines and tones of voice.
• Collaborate with account managers, copywriters, and marketing strategists to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that drive engagement and results.
• Design web and digital assets such as email templates, landing pages, digital ads, and UI elements.
• Maintain and evolve brand consistency across all touchpoints while contributing to the development of new brand identities when needed.
• Prepare and finalize artwork for print and liaise with printers to ensure high-quality production standards.
• Keep up to date with design trends, emerging tools, and new techniques — and bring fresh ideas to the table.
• Juggle multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and creativity under pressure.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally in an agency or similarly fast-paced, multi-brand environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of After Effects is a plus.
• Comfortable designing in different visual styles depending on brand needs — from corporate and minimal to playful and bold.
• Familiarity with tools like Figma, Canva, Sketch, or similar digital design platforms.
• Strong grasp of typography, layout, color theory, and visual storytelling.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to pivot quickly between different projects and priorities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to take feedback and apply it constructively.
• A portfolio showcasing a range of creative work across formats and styles is required for consideration.
