HR Executive Full Time

Job Summary:
World Star Holding is looking for a HR Executive to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll processing, and compliance with UAE labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding new employees.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution.
• Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Support performance management and training initiatives.
• Coordinate with management on workforce planning and organizational development.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and industry best practices.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in HR roles, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management systems.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
