HR Coordinator Full Time

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and selection coordination.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
• Prepare onboarding documentation and ensure all employment requirements are completed.
• Coordinate with department managers regarding recruitment requirements.
• Maintain recruitment records and candidate databases.

Employee Records & HR Administration

• Maintain and update employee records in HR systems accurately.
• Prepare HR letters, employment contracts, salary certificates, and other official documents.
• Ensure employee files are complete, organized, and confidential.
• Maintain records related to attendance, leave, and employee performance.
• Update HR databases regularly with accurate employee information.

Government & PRO Coordination

• Coordinate with the PRO regarding visa processing, labor cards, Emirates ID applications, renewals, and other government-related documentation.
• Monitor visa expiry dates and ensure timely renewals.
• Assist employees with government-related HR documentation.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor regulations and company policies.

Payroll & Employee Support

• Support attendance monitoring and leave management processes.
• Coordinate payroll information with the Finance department to ensure accurate salary processing.
• Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, attendance, and leave.
• Ensure employee concerns are addressed professionally and promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information at all times.

Training & Employee Engagement

• Assist in organizing employee training programs and development initiatives.
• Coordinate company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
• Support HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform additional HR and administrative duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Male candidates only.
• Previous HR experience is mandatory.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and UAE labor regulations.
• Experience coordinating with PRO for visa, labor card, and Emirates ID procedures.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
