Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Coordinate employee onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
• Handle employee relations, address grievances, and support conflict resolution.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR files, and internal databases.
• Assist in HR administration tasks including offer letters, employment contracts, and HR documentation.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law, company policies, and HR procedures.
• Coordinate visa processing, renewals, cancellations, and employee documentation.
• Support employee attendance tracking, leave management, and payroll input preparation.
• Assist in performance management processes and employee evaluations.
• Organize employee engagement activities and internal communication initiatives.
• Liaise with government authorities and PRO services for employee-related formalities.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee data and HR-related information.
• Support disciplinary procedures and ensure proper documentation of HR cases.
• Assist in training coordination and employee development initiatives.
• Ensure smooth HR operations in a fast-paced Hospitality / F&B environment.
• Provide HR support to management in day-to-day HR operations and reporting.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–4 years of HR experience.
• Location: Dubai, UAE.
• Hospitality or Food & Beverage (F&B) industry experience is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of UAE Labor Law and HR compliance requirements.
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Familiarity with visa processing and employee documentation procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
