Key Responsibilities

• Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee documentation, and offboarding
• Coordinate visa, medical insurance, and other employee-related processes
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
• Assist with payroll preparation, attendance tracking, and leave management
• Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor regulations
• Coordinate performance management and probation review processes
• Handle employee relations matters, including disciplinary processes, warning letters, investigations, and follow-up actions in line with company policy
• Advise and support management teams on HR-related matters and company policies
• Respond to employee queries and manage HR-related document requests
• Attend weekly HOD meetings and work closely with operations teams to support staffing and employee relations matters
• Assist with HR reports, trackers, and general administrative tasks
• Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication activities

Requirements

• Previous experience in Human Resources, preferably within hospitality
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems
• Knowledge of UAE labor law
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong interpersonal skills
