Key Responsibilities

Human Resources Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
• Coordinate employee orientation and induction programs.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR files, and confidential documentation.
• Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, salary certificates, and official correspondence.
• Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and probation evaluations.
• Support payroll preparation by providing accurate HR information.
• Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
• Assist in performance management and employee engagement initiatives.

PRO Responsibilities

• Coordinate all visa processing, renewals, cancellations, and status changes.
• Process employment visas, labor permits, Emirates ID applications, medical tests, and labor cards.
• Liaise with UAE government departments and regulatory authorities.
• Track expiry dates of visas, passports, labor cards, and trade licenses.
• Ensure timely completion of all immigration and labor-related procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of government documentation and employee legal files.
• Keep updated with UAE labor laws, immigration regulations, and compliance requirements.

Administrative & Compliance Duties

• Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor regulations.
• Coordinate with hotel management regarding HR and government-related matters.
• Prepare HR reports, employee documentation, and compliance records.
• Organize staff training sessions and employee engagement activities.
• Support internal and external audits by maintaining proper documentation.
• Perform additional HR and administrative duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in the same HR Officer cum PRO position is preferred.
• Knowledge of hotel operations is highly desirable.
• Good understanding of UAE Labour Law, immigration procedures, and government regulations.
• Experience coordinating with government departments and processing employee documentation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management systems.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Positive attitude with strong teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining confidentiality.
