Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
• Coordinate job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding activities.
• Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and employee documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Support employee onboarding and orientation programs.
• Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
• Assist in employee relations matters and workplace issue resolution.
• Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and timekeeping systems.
• Coordinate payroll-related documentation and employee information updates.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR regulations.
• Support performance management processes and employee evaluations.
• Assist in organizing employee training and development programs.
• Prepare HR reports, workforce statistics, and management summaries.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee records and sensitive information.
• Support disciplinary procedures and maintain related documentation.
• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities.
• Assist with visa processing, employee documentation, and government-related requirements when necessary.
• Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure all HR files and records are properly maintained and updated.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Previous experience in Human Resources, Administration, or Employee Relations is preferred.
• Strong understanding of HR principles, policies, and procedures.
• Knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
