Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Onboarding:
  Manage the end-to-end hiring process including job postings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks. Coordinate and facilitate new employee onboarding, orientation, and documentation to ensure a smooth start for new hires.

• Employee Engagement:
  Plan, organize, and implement employee engagement activities to promote a positive workplace culture. Address employee concerns, support team-building initiatives, and help maintain healthy employee relations.

• Attendance & Payroll Coordination:
  Monitor daily attendance, update leave records, and ensure accurate payroll inputs. Coordinate with the finance/payroll team to ensure timely and error-free salary processing.

• HR Documentation & Compliance:
  Maintain employee files, HR databases, and internal records. Prepare letters, contracts, and official HR documentation. Ensure HR procedures comply with company policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.

• Handling Day-to-Day HR Operations:
  Provide daily support to employees and management in handling HR-related queries. Assist in performance management activities, probation reviews, and policy updates. Support administrative tasks to keep HR operations organized and efficient.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and HR documentation.

• Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools/HRMS is an advantage.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and handle confidential data.

• Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to take initiative.
