Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end HR operations, ensuring smooth and efficient execution of HR processes.
• Handle employee onboarding, including documentation, orientation, and system setup using HRMS platforms.
• Manage employee exit processes, including clearances, documentation, and final settlements.
• Maintain and update employee records in Keka HRMS, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Process UAE payroll accurately, including salary calculations, deductions, and benefits.
• Manage WPS (Wage Protection System) processing, ensuring compliance with UAE labour regulations.
• Ensure adherence to UAE HR compliance and labour laws, maintaining proper documentation and processes.
• Act as a point of contact for employee queries, providing timely and professional support.
• Maintain and manage attendance, leave records, and timesheets within the HR system.
• Prepare and maintain HR reports and analytics for management review.
• Coordinate with finance and other departments for payroll and HR-related activities.
• Assist in implementing and improving HR policies and procedures.
• Support employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive work environment.
• Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive employee information.
• Handle HR audits by maintaining accurate and compliant HR documentation.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of HR operations experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in Keka HRMS (mandatory).
• Proven experience in UAE payroll processing and WPS systems.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws and HR compliance requirements.
• Ability to manage onboarding, exits, and employee queries independently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred:

• Experience working in a group company or multi-country environment.
• Exposure to handling HR operations across different regions or entities.
