Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Coordinate employee induction and orientation programs for new hires.
• Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and HR databases.
• Ensure all employee documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with company policies.
• Support attendance management, leave administration, and employee record maintenance.
• Assist in payroll preparation by maintaining accurate employee information and attendance data.
• Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, warning letters, and other HR-related documentation.
• Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and workplace procedures.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and company events.
• Assist in performance appraisal processes and employee development programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
• Coordinate training sessions and support employee learning and development initiatives.
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.
• Assist with visa processing, labor documentation, and government-related HR requirements where applicable.
• Generate HR reports, employee statistics, and management reports.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information and sensitive company data.
• Support management in workforce planning and talent management activities.
• Foster positive employee relations and contribute to a healthy work culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, or HR Administration.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, recruitment processes, and employee relations.
• Understanding of labor laws and employment regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience using HR software, HRIS platforms, or employee management systems is an advantage.
