HR Manager Full Time
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment and onboarding
- Payroll processing and managing compensation & benefits
- Employee relations and grievance handling
- Employee engagement initiatives
- Performance management and evaluation
- Compliance with UAE Labour Law and RTA-related HR requirements
- Training & Development
- HR Documentation & Reporting
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience in the GCC
- Strong payroll management skills (priority requirement)
- Excellent understanding of UAE Labour Law
- MBA in HR or equivalent qualification
- Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
- Familiarity with RTA processes is preferred
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
