HR Manager Full Time

Asia Petrochemicals is seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead our human resources function. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR policies, talent management, and compliance, preferably within the manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations processes.
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and industry regulations.
Drive employee engagement, retention, and performance management strategies.
Manage compensation and benefits, training programs, and workforce planning.
Act as a strategic partner to senior management, advising on HR best practices.

Requirements

10+ years of proven HR experience, with managerial-level expertise (preferably in manufacturing or petrochemical industries).
MBA in Human Resources Management, CIPD, or SHRM certification is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
