Job Overview

• We are looking for a proactive, organized, and experienced HR Officer to join our Human Resources team.
• The ideal candidate should have practical experience managing recruitment, payroll support, employee administration, and day-to-day HR operations.
• This role requires someone who can confidently handle both white-collar and blue-collar recruitment while supporting employees and management across the complete HR cycle.
• Candidates with UAE HR experience will be preferred.
• Immediate joiners only are required for this position.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage recruitment activities for both white-collar and blue-collar positions.
• Source suitable candidates through job portals, recruitment networks, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
• Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Prepare job offers and coordinate joining formalities.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate databases.
• Support smooth onboarding of newly hired employees.

360° HR Operations

• Handle day-to-day 360° HR operations and employee-related activities.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist with onboarding, employee transfers, confirmations, and exits.
• Coordinate leave, attendance, and employee records.
• Support employee engagement and HR administration activities.
• Respond to employee queries and coordinate with management to resolve HR-related matters.
• Ensure HR processes are completed accurately and on time.

Payroll & Overtime

• Support monthly payroll processing and payroll-related documentation.
• Review attendance and employee records before payroll processing.
• Calculate and verify overtime payments accurately.
• Coordinate with relevant departments regarding attendance discrepancies.
• Maintain payroll records and supporting documents.
• Ensure payroll information is handled confidentially.
• Assist with resolving payroll-related employee queries.

HR Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain organized employee files and HR records.
• Ensure required HR documents are complete and updated.
• Assist with company HR policies and procedures.
• Support compliance with applicable UAE employment requirements.
• Prepare HR reports and employee-related documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.

Key Requirements

• Strong knowledge of payroll processing and overtime calculation.
• Hands-on experience in 360° HR operations.

• Good knowledge of recruitment and employee administration processes.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR activities.
• UAE HR experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is an advantage.
