Quality Assurance & Control

• Implement and maintain quality assurance and control processes in line with organizational standards and regulatory requirements
• Conduct inspections, testing, and verification of materials, processes, and finished products to ensure compliance

IT Infrastructure Management

• Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, servers, hardware, and software.
• Ensure optimal performance, availability, and reliability of IT infrastructure.
• Monitor system health and proactively resolve technical issues.

Network Administration

• Manage and support LAN/WAN infrastructure and network security systems.
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues and ensure stable network performance.
• Maintain and support network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls.

Technical Support

• Provide first- and second-level technical support to end users.
• Respond to IT service requests and resolve incidents within agreed SLAs.
• Escalate complex technical issues to senior staff or vendors when required.

System Maintenance & Security

• Perform system updates, patch management, backups, and routine maintenance.
• Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures to protect systems and data.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, standards, and security procedures.

IT Operations & Projects

• Support implementation, upgrades, and rollout of IT systems and infrastructure.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for technical support and installations.
• Assist in execution of IT projects and operational improvements.

Monitoring & Reporting

• Monitor system performance, availability, and security alerts.
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets, incidents, and resolutions.
• Prepare reports and recommend improvements for system efficiency and reliability
