Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive IT support services to ensure smooth and uninterrupted business operations.

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, networking devices, and peripherals.

• Diagnose and fix software-related problems, including operating systems, business applications, and user-level tools.

• Provide strong support for Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications such as Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.

• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and network components according to company standards.

• Monitor system performance and address issues proactively to minimize downtime.

• Handle user requests related to system access, password resets, email configuration, and device setup.

• Provide both on-site and remote IT support to employees as required.

• Maintain accurate documentation of IT incidents, service requests, solutions, and system configurations.

• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for hardware repairs, upgrades, and specialized technical support.

• Ensure compliance with IT security policies, data protection standards, and best practices.

• Perform regular system updates, patches, and backups to maintain security and reliability.

• Support onboarding and offboarding by setting up and decommissioning IT equipment and user accounts.

• Assist in network troubleshooting related to LAN, Wi-Fi, and basic connectivity issues.

• Provide user training and guidance on IT systems and applications when required.

• Work closely with other IT team members to improve support processes and service delivery.

• Handle multiple support tickets efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Maintain professionalism and a customer-focused approach when interacting with users.

• Ensure IT assets are properly tracked and maintained.

• Perform additional IT-related tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of UAE experience in IT support roles.

• Strong hands-on experience in hardware and software support.

• Excellent knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365.

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
