Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day IT support to end users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues.

Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.

Manage and support Windows-based environments, ensuring system performance and stability.

Monitor, configure, and troubleshoot networking components such as TCP/IP, DNS, DynDNS, DHCP, VPNs, and Access Points (AP).

Support and maintain servers, IIS services, NAS devices, and EPABX systems.
-
Manage user accounts, permissions, and security policies through Active Directory.
-
Support Microsoft Office 365 applications, email systems, and collaboration tools.

Assist users with ERP systems and provide basic support for relevant modules.

Manage website content updates and handle uploads using FTP as required.

Implement and monitor IT security measures, including antivirus, endpoint protection, and access controls.
-
Configure, manage, and troubleshoot FortiGate network firewalls.
-
Maintain IT documentation, asset registers, and system logs.
-
Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for advanced technical support when needed.
-
Ensure timely resolution of IT incidents and service requests in line with SLAs.
Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience in a related field.

Minimum of 1 to 4 years of relevant experience in IT support or a similar role.

Certifications such as MCSA, CCNA, or equivalent are an advantage.

Strong knowledge of networking principles including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, IIS, NAS devices, and EPABX.
-
Proven experience working in Windows environments.

Familiarity with ERP systems, Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365, and common IT support tools.
-
Hands-on experience with FortiGate firewalls, IT security, and endpoint management.

Experience in managing website content and FTP uploads.
-
Immediate joiners are preferred.
