Key Requirements:

✔ 5+ years of experience in VIP Support / Executive Support / End User Computing (EUC)

✔ Experience supporting senior leadership and C-suite executives

✔ Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure AD / Entra ID

✔ Hands-on experience with Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android support

✔ Experience with meeting rooms, video conferencing, and AV support

✔ Exposure to Intune, SCCM, and ServiceNow is highly preferred

✔ Excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills

✔ ITIL certification is an advantage
