Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in IT support, desktop support, or system administration.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Experience with Active Directory, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and printer management.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices, cloud services, and backup solutions.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, or Cisco certifications are an advantage.
