Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 1 & Level 2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and business applications.
  • Manage Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, device enrollment, compliance policies, configuration profiles, and application deployment.
  • Administer Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), MFA, mailboxes, and group management.
  • Manage and monitor firewalls, VPN connectivity, web filtering, security policies, and network access controls.
  • Monitor security alerts, investigate incidents, and collaborate with SOC teams on threat detection and incident response
  • Administer Print Management System, printer queues, secure printing, print policies, and printer troubleshooting.
  • Support and monitor VMware vSphere/ESXi environments
  • Perform patch management and vulnerability remediation using Intune & Third-party Windows Update for Business, and security tools.
  • Monitor and maintain endpoint security, BitLocker, Microsoft Defender, EDR, and compliance status.
  • Support Active Directory, Windows Servers, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi, switches, and network troubleshooting.
  • Monitor backup jobs and support disaster recovery activities.
  • Maintain IT asset inventory, documentation, and ITSM tickets.
  • Coordinate with vendors and support regional users.
  • Assist with cybersecurity audits, compliance requirements, and security incident response.

Experience

  • 5–7 years of IT Infrastructure and Support experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365, VMware, firewall administration, and endpoint management.
