• Manage the full employee device lifecycle (onboarding, deployment, offboarding) using Microsoft Intune.
• Maintain our IT asset inventory system (e.g., Snipe-IT).
• Create and update user-facing knowledge base articles.

What You’ll Bring:

• 2+ years in an IT Support or Help Desk role with a strong customer-service focus.
• Hands-on experience with Windows, macOS, and Microsoft 365.
• Required Certifications: Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals (MS-900) and Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals (SC-900).
• Bonus: Experience with Microsoft Intune or Arabic language
