• Support accounts payable and receivable functions under the guidance of the senior accountant.

• Prepare basic financial reports, update ledgers, and assist with reconciliations.

• Maintain proper documentation and organized filing of financial and administrative records.

• Handle office correspondence, emails, phone calls, and scheduling.

• Assist in preparing presentations and documents using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients for accounting or administrative requirements.

• Manage inventory of office supplies and ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

• Experience in Accounting (minimum 1 year).

• Knowledge of Zoho, Tally, or any accounting platform.
