Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily accounting tasks, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately and on time.
• Maintain and update financial records, invoices, and ledgers in accordance with company policies.
• Record sales, purchases, expenses, and receipts in the accounting system.
• Support accounts payable (AP) by verifying invoices and assisting with payment processing.
• Assist in accounts receivable (AR), including generating invoices and tracking customer payments.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing systems for all financial records.
• Support financial reporting, including preparing basic reports and summaries.
• Assist in performing bank reconciliations, ensuring all transactions match bank statements.
• Coordinate with team members to manage stock records and financial transactions accurately.
• Assist in month-end closing processes, including data entry and reconciliation tasks.
• Monitor expenses and help identify discrepancies or irregularities in financial data.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company procedures.
• Support internal and external audit processes by organizing financial documents.
• Provide administrative and accounting support to senior team members.
• Perform other ad hoc accounting tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills for coordination with team members.

Languages Required:

• English (Mandatory)
• Hindi/Urdu (Preferred)
• Arabic (Preferred)
