Key Responsibilities

Daily Accounting Operations

• Record daily accounting transactions accurately in the accounting system.
• Assist with preparation of journal entries, invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
• Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities.
• Maintain accurate General Ledger and subsidiary ledger records.
• Verify financial documents and supporting information.
• Ensure all accounting records are updated on time.

Reconciliation & Bookkeeping

• Assist with regular bank reconciliations.
• Reconcile supplier and customer account balances.
• Identify accounting discrepancies and report them to senior finance staff.
• Maintain accurate cash and transaction records.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Keep accounting files and supporting documents properly organized.

Financial Reporting

• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports.
• Prepare basic accounting schedules and financial summaries.
• Support senior accountants with financial analysis.
• Assist with budgeting and expense monitoring.
• Provide required financial information to management.
• Maintain accurate records for audit and compliance purposes.

SAP & Administrative Support

• Enter and update accounting data in ERP systems.
• Support finance operations using SAP ERP when applicable.
• Assist with data management in SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Coordinate with other departments to collect invoices and financial documents.
• Maintain digital and physical accounting records.
• Complete assigned finance and administrative tasks within deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of accounting experience.
• Knowledge of SAP ERP, particularly SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA, is preferred.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• UAE accounting experience is an advantage.
• Experience in service or facility management companies is preferred.
• Immediate availability to join is an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a finance team.
