Junior Accountant Full Time

We are looking for a Junior Accountant / Admin to support the companys finance and administrative operations in Dubai. The role requires a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, with strong accounting knowledge and hands-on administrative experience. Knowledge of SAP is preferred. The candidate will also be responsible for handling the administrative operations of a training center.

Accounting Duties

• Maintain accurate daily accounting entries and financial records
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and expense reports
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
• Maintain proper filing and documentation for audits and compliance
• Support VAT-related documentation and basic compliance

Administrative Duties (Training Center)

• Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the training center
• Support management with reports and administrative tasks as required

Requirements

• Bachelors degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting and administrative experience
• Solid understanding of accounting principles
• SAP knowledge or hands-on experience is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience working in a training institute or education center
• Experience working in the UAE
• Knowledge of UAE VAT documentation and compliance
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
