Junior Assistant Full Time

Our luxury travel journal OUT OF OFFICE is seeking a passion, creative and driven intern to join the editorial team. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: pitching content ideas, social media assistance, conducting research on travel-related topics and more.

The ideal candidate is a recent graduate from university with a relevant degree. Experience in writing, social media and content management is a plus. A positive attitude is a must and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment is needed. OUT OF OFFICE is looking for someone who is passionate about travel, luxury hospitality, fine-dining and storytelling, and expanding their knowledge in the media landscape.

The intern will be responsible for:

• Researching content ideas to be distributed across OUT OF OFFICE’s social media channels.
• Interview KOLs in the region and beyond
• Assisting the Deputy Editor on daily content tasks
• Content management
• Social media assistance
• Attending events where required

Requirements

• Own valid visa
• Immediate start
• Full-time availability for minimum 3 to 6 months contract period (with exceptions for students who are actively enrolled in classes)
