Responsibilities
- Observe and comply with UAE traffic rules with respect to the vehicle fleet size and report any health and safety hazards to immediate head.
- Assist in conducting drive test on new vehicles.
- Ensures vehicles are loaded correctly to avoid potential accidents with shifting loads making the vehicle unbalanced.
- Finds alternate routes and use prudent judgement in following logical sequences to reduce time, improve efficiency and fuel consumption.
- Maintain accurate daily trips sheets and provide necessary data to the operations Assistant.
- Pick up and return processed items/linens to the various customers as per the schedule and adhoc requests thus ensuring satisfied customers.
- Maintain hygiene in the vehicle by removing dirt and soil on a regular basis depending on the usage, thus ensuring a well-maintained fleet and by minimizing the likelihood of contamination to the linen.
- Deals with the customers both external and internal in a polite and professional manner.
Education Qualification:
- High School Certificate,
- UAE License for Light Duty vehicles (must have)
Work Experience:
Years of Experience: 2 years’ experience of driving on UAE roads.
Skills:
- Good communication skills.
