Key Responsibilities

Shipment Coordination:

• Assist in scheduling and tracking shipments to ensure on-time delivery;
• Documentation & Compliance:
• Prepare and verify essential transport documents (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and customs paperwork) ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.

Provider Liaison:

• Communicate with freight forwarders, couriers, and transport providers.

Data Entry & Reporting:

• Maintain accurate logs in excel and Freight order System; assist in preparing weekly reports.
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel (vlookups, pivot tables)
• Basic understanding of transport regulations, incoterms, and customs procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for negotiating with vendors and coordinating with team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
• Knowing Arabic and having a light / heavy driving license is an add – on.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field
• Knowledge of planning, purchasing & logistics policies and practices
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office/ EXCEL & ERP software

Skills & Experience

• HVAC Experience is a (preferable)
• Negotiation Skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Prefer Experience in manufacturing company
