Key Responsibilities

Product Merchandising

• Arrange electronic products according to company merchandising guidelines.
• Maintain attractive, organized, and well-presented product displays.
• Ensure products are correctly labeled with prices and relevant information.
• Monitor display quality and report damaged or missing products.
• Ensure promotional materials are properly displayed.
• Keep shelves and display areas clean and organized.

Stock Monitoring

• Check product availability at assigned retail outlets.
• Monitor stock levels and identify fast-moving or slow-moving products.
• Report stock shortages to supervisors or relevant teams.
• Coordinate with store staff regarding replenishment requirements.
• Verify product quantities and maintain accurate stock information.
• Assist with stock movement and product placement when required.

Sales Support

• Provide customers with accurate information about electronic products.
• Explain product features, specifications, and benefits.
• Assist customers in selecting products based on their requirements.
• Support sales teams in achieving outlet-level sales targets.
• Promote new products, special offers, and promotional campaigns.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers and retail staff.

Retail Coordination

• Visit assigned outlets regularly according to the merchandising schedule.
• Coordinate with store managers and sales representatives.
• Ensure company products receive appropriate visibility within stores.
• Monitor competitor products, displays, pricing, and promotional activities.
• Provide regular updates regarding market and customer trends.
• Report merchandising challenges and opportunities to management.

Reporting & Compliance

• Prepare daily or weekly merchandising reports.
• Record outlet visits, stock availability, and promotional activities.
• Take product display updates or photographs when required.
• Ensure company merchandising standards are consistently followed.
• Maintain accurate records of assigned outlets and activities.
• Complete assigned merchandising tasks within established deadlines.

Requirements

• Previous experience in merchandising or sales of electronic products is mandatory.
• UAE work experience is required.
• Knowledge of electronic products and retail sales is an advantage.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and visit multiple outlets.
