Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support daily operational activities, ensuring smooth workflow across departments.
• Handle back-office operations, including coordination with internal teams and maintaining operational records.
• Communicate with customers through calls, emails, and chat, addressing queries and providing timely solutions.
• Coordinate with the sales team and clients for agreement and contract preparation, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
• Prepare, review, and manage contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and operational tracking.
• Assist in WPS (Wage Protection System) operations, ensuring proper salary processing and compliance in the UAE market.
• Monitor operational performance and provide reports and insights to management.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing systems for all operational activities.
• Handle customer interactions professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure efficient execution of operations.
• Support process improvements and contribute to enhancing operational efficiency.
• Adapt to job rotation within the department when required, supporting various operational functions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations.
• Identify operational issues and proactively implement solutions to improve performance.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Strong knowledge of Advanced Microsoft Excel for reporting and analysis.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, preferably in WPS operations within the UAE market.
• Experience in back-office coordination and handling customer interactions via phone, chat, and email.
• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Malayalam; basic knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Experience in preparing agreements and contracts and coordinating with clients and sales teams.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Good problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Flexibility to adapt to different roles and responsibilities within the department.
• Preferably male candidates currently residing in the UAE.
