Payroll Accountant Full Time

Payroll Accountant jobs in Dubai are essential within manufacturing and corporate finance environments. Katrina Factory FZE is seeking experienced professionals skilled in WPS payroll system processing, HRMS and payroll software platforms, SAP HCM payroll modules, Oracle Payroll Cloud, UAE corporate tax compliance, VAT regulations, and labor law compliance standards. Candidates with expertise in salary processing, end-of-service benefits calculation, employee benefits accounting, ERP payroll modules, and financial reporting automation tools will ensure accurate compensation management and regulatory adherence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process monthly payroll accurately and on time for all employees.

• Ensure proper calculation of salaries, overtime, bonuses, commissions, deductions, and leave encashments.

• Maintain and update payroll records, employee files, and salary data in the system.

• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and WPS requirements during payroll processing.

• Prepare and upload WPS files accurately within the required deadlines.

• Handle payroll-related queries from employees in a professional and timely manner.

• Process final settlements, gratuity calculations, and leave balances for employees leaving the organization.

• Coordinate documentation for new joiners, including salary setup and system updates.

• Prepare monthly payroll reports and summaries for management review.

• Reconcile payroll accounts and ensure accurate posting of payroll entries in the accounting system.

• Support HR and Finance teams with payroll-related documentation and financial data.

• Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive employee information.

• Assist in audits by providing payroll records and supporting documents when required.

• Monitor changes in labour laws and ensure payroll processes remain compliant.

Requirements

• Proven UAE payroll experience is mandatory.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of UAE Labour Law and WPS procedures.

• Good knowledge of payroll systems and accounting software.

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
