Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and related documentation in line with company procedures.

• Coordinate with internal departments such as engineering, projects, and accounts to understand material requirements.

• Follow up with suppliers on order confirmations, delivery schedules, and material availability.

• Support negotiations with vendors to obtain best pricing and commercial terms.

• Maintain accurate procurement records, including quotations, purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices.

• Assist in monitoring supplier performance and reporting any quality or delivery issues.

• Ensure purchased materials comply with project specifications and quality standards.

• Support inventory planning by coordinating with stores and site teams to avoid shortages or overstocking.

• Assist in identifying alternative suppliers to ensure continuity of supply.

• Coordinate with the accounts department for invoice verification and payment follow-ups.

• Maintain proper documentation for audits and internal reviews.

• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and ethical standards.

• Track procurement status and prepare basic reports on purchasing activities.

• Support senior procurement staff in tendering and quotation analysis.

• Liaise with logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery and receipt of materials.

• Assist in maintaining updated supplier databases and price lists.

• Monitor market trends to support cost optimization and sourcing strategies.

• Perform additional procurement or administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Experience & Skills:

• 0–2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles.

• Facade industry experience is a plus, especially exposure to construction or architectural materials.

• Basic understanding of procurement processes, vendor sourcing, and purchase documentation.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications; experience with ERP systems is an advantage.

• Attention to detail with good organizational skills.

• Willingness to learn and grow within the procurement function.
