Description

Cost Management: Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets and bills of quantities for construction and engineering works.
Contract Management, Evaluation of Tender process and Site Inspections.
Identify, analyze and mitigate potential financial risks.

Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or Construction Management.

Experience

Mid-Level – Typically 3 to 7 years of relevant experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in quantity surveying or cost engineering, preferably in airport or infrastructure projects.
Knowledge of FIDIC contracts and UAE construction regulations.
Proficiency in quantity surveying software (e.g. CostX, Candy) and MS Excel.
