Reach Truck Operator Full Time

We are seeking skilled and safety-focused Reach Truck Operators to join a fast-paced warehouse and logistics operation in the UAE. This role is ideal for experienced operators who can efficiently handle high-level racking systems while maintaining strict safety and operational standards. • Salary: AED 3,000 – 3,500 per month

Working Hours

• 12 hours per day (including 1-hour break)

• Shift-based work environment

Key Responsibilities

• Operate reach trucks safely and efficiently to move, load, unload, and stack goods in warehouse racking systems.

• Handle materials at height with precision while following safety regulations and company procedures.

• Inspect reach trucks before and after operation to ensure proper functioning and report any issues immediately.

• Assist with loading and unloading goods from delivery vehicles when required.

• Ensure accurate placement and retrieval of inventory to support warehouse efficiency.

• Follow warehouse safety rules, traffic management systems, and standard operating procedures at all times.

• Support inventory checks, stock movement, and basic warehouse tasks as assigned by supervisors.

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in work areas to ensure a safe working environment.

• Coordinate with warehouse supervisors and team members to meet daily operational targets.

Requirements

• Valid UAE Heavy Tractor / Reach Truck License is mandatory.

• Proven experience as a Reach Truck Operator in a warehouse or logistics environment.

• Strong understanding of warehouse safety practices and load-handling procedures.

• Physically fit and able to work long shifts in a demanding environment.

• Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and function effectively as part of a team.

• IMMEDIATE JOINERS ONLY (priority will be given to candidates available to start right away).
