Receptionist Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

Skills, knowledge, and expertise:

• A certificate or diploma in related field (E.g. office admin, secretarial)
• Professional / functional experience and prior experience as a Receptionist in a related field
• Experience in MS Office (e.g. Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook)
• Experience in administrative and clerical procedures
• Experience in dealing with suppliers (e.g. receiving deliveries etc.)
• Good typing, and strong organizational skills
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Good time management skills and Consistent, professional demeaner
• Able to work in a multi-cultural environment
• Advanced English and professional local language skills.
