Duties & Responsibilities
Greet and assist guests professionally, ensuring a positive first impression.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor coordination effectively.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars for executives and staff.
Check-in visitors and inform employees of their arrival promptly.
Manage documents, filing systems, and branch records accurately.
Handle incoming and outgoing emails in a professional manner.
Order office supplies and track inventory levels.
Prepare basic reports and presentations as required.
Manage executive schedules and coordinate travel bookings.
Draft, proofread, and circulate official correspondence.
Record meeting minutes accurately and distribute them when necessary.
Handle confidential information responsibly and maintain privacy.
Support daily administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Coordinate courier services and mail distribution.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Skills Required
Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel.
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications
