Key Responsibilities

• Welcome patients, visitors, and healthcare professionals in a friendly and professional manner.

• Maintain accurate administrative records, files, and reports.
• Assist with general clerical duties, including filing, scanning, photocopying, and document management.
• Support administrative and patient relations activities as required by management.
• Follow all healthcare policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field.
• Location: Dubai, UAE.
• Minimum of two (2) years of work experience as a Receptionist or Patient Relations Executive in hospitals or clinics only.
• Previous experience in the healthcare industry is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of patient service standards and healthcare reception procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
