Key Responsibilities

Front Desk Management

• Welcome visitors, customers, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Manage daily reception and front-desk activities efficiently.

• Receive and respond to general inquiries from visitors and customers.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.

Customer Service

Administrative Support

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Receptionist or in a similar front-desk role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
