Responsibilities:

Support the execution of social media strategies and content calendars across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

Schedule and publish daily posts, reels, stories, and other media formats.

Monitor and manage brand engagement—responding to comments, DMs, and community interactions in a timely and brand-aligned manner.

Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns aligned with product launches, seasonal moments, and brand goals.

Assist in tracking performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversion, etc.) and prepare basic reports to identify top-performing content and optimization opportunities.

Support eMail marketing efforts including content drafting, list segmentation, and scheduling using platforms like Klaviyo.

Conduct competitor and trend analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of digital trends.

Requirements:

As an ideal candidate, you will have:

At least 1–3 years of experience in social media/content creation, ideally in a UAE-based eCommerce or lifestyle/fashion/luxury brand.

A keen eye for aesthetics, tone, and brand alignment.

An understanding of Emirati culture and personality.

Hands-on experience with platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, and more.

Hands-on experience with Klaviyo, G-Suite, and relevant social media software (e.g. Hootsuite etc.).

Ideally, experience with graphic design software (Adobe Suite).

Ideally a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Outstanding communication skills in English (verbal & written). Communication skills in Arabic are a significant advantage.
