Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management

• Assist in receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming materials and goods.
• Verify delivered items against purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Organize inventory systematically for easy identification and retrieval.
• Support stock counting and periodic inventory audits.
• Monitor inventory levels and report low-stock items to the Store Keeper.
• Assist in maintaining accurate stock balances and inventory records.

Store Operations

• Issue materials, tools, and equipment according to authorized requests.
• Ensure proper labeling and storage of all inventory items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse and storage areas.
• Assist in loading and unloading deliveries when required.
• Ensure materials are handled safely to prevent damage or loss.
• Follow warehouse safety procedures and company policies at all times.

Documentation & ERP Management

• Enter inventory transactions accurately into the ERP system.
• Update stock movement records using Microsoft Excel and inventory software.
• Prepare goods receipt notes, issue vouchers, and stock reports.
• Maintain organized filing of inventory documents and records.
• Generate inventory and stock reports for management when required.
• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of inventory data.

Coordination & Support

• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams regarding inventory requirements.
• Assist with stock reconciliation and discrepancy investigations.
• Communicate with suppliers and delivery personnel when necessary.
• Support the Store Keeper with daily warehouse operations.
• Perform additional store and administrative duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field.
• Good computer skills with ERP system knowledge.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluency in English and Hindi.
• Experience in a similar role will be an advantage.
• Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically fit and capable of handling warehouse-related activities.
