Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily store operations, including receipt, storage, and issuance of materials.

• Maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring all materials are accounted for and properly documented.

• Inspect incoming materials to verify quality, quantity, and compliance with specifications.

• Issue materials to sites or departments based on approved requisitions and work orders.

• Conduct regular stock checks and reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies.

• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials to prevent damage or loss.

• Maintain material movement logs and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.

• Coordinate with procurement, accounts, and project teams to ensure timely supply of required materials.

• Support budgeting and cost control by monitoring material usage and preventing wastage.

• Maintain the store area, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety standards.

• Handle ERP system entries, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded in E-Promis or equivalent systems.

• Prepare and maintain reports on stock levels, reorder points, and slow-moving items.

• Assist in planning and forecasting material requirements for ongoing projects.

• Monitor supplier deliveries and follow up on delayed or missing shipments.

• Train and supervise store staff to ensure smooth operations and adherence to procedures.

• Coordinate with external auditors and internal teams for inventory verification during audits.

• Maintain confidentiality of records and ensure all documentation is properly filed and retrievable.

• Support management in implementing improvements in store operations and material handling procedures.

• Perform any other store-related administrative tasks as assigned by management.

You Must Have:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in store or material management, preferably in construction-related projects.

• Expert knowledge of road construction materials and their proper storage and handling.

• Advanced Excel skills for inventory tracking, reporting, and analysis.

• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably E-Promis, for accurate record-keeping.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities with minimal supervision.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills to liaise with procurement, accounts, and project teams.

• Attention to detail and high accuracy in maintaining inventory records.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
