Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including logistics, warehousing, and eCommerce fulfilment activities.

• Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring efficient movement of goods from suppliers to warehouses and from warehouses to customers.

• Manage last-mile delivery operations, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries in line with service level agreements (SLAs).

• Supervise freight forwarding activities, including coordination with carriers, customs brokers, and transport partners.

• Oversee warehouse management, ensuring efficient storage, picking, packing, and dispatch operations.

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve operational efficiency, service quality, and scalability.

• Optimize supply chain processes to reduce lead times, minimize errors, and enhance overall performance.

• Ensure strict SLA adherence across logistics, warehousing, and fulfilment operations.

• Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising service quality or customer satisfaction.

• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics, inventory, and fulfilment.

• Work closely with procurement, sales, and customer service teams to align supply chain activities with business goals.

• Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs), transporters, and service partners.

• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

• Lead, mentor, and develop supply chain, warehouse, and logistics teams.

• Manage capacity planning, demand fluctuations, and peak-season operations effectively.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using data-driven insights and best practices.

• Ensure effective inventory control, stock accuracy, and availability across locations.

• Oversee system integrations and usage of WMS, TMS, and OMS to support operational excellence.

• Prepare regular operational reports, forecasts, and performance reviews for senior management.

• Identify risks in the supply chain and implement mitigation strategies.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 5–10 years of UAE experience in logistics, warehousing, transportation, and supply chain management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.

• Strong hands-on knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and Order Management Systems (OMS).

• Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional supply chain teams.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
