Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-site L2 and L3 IT support across multiple locations, ensuring timely resolution of system and infrastructure issues.

• Deliver end-to-end support for POS systems, servers, desktops, laptops, printers, and user applications.

• Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, racks, network switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi access points, and structured cabling.

• Manage Windows Server environments, including Active Directory (AD), Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and user access control.

• Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and security configurations.

• Monitor system performance, implement patching and updates, and ensure compliance with security best practices.

• Manage backup solutions, test recovery procedures, and ensure business continuity.

• Troubleshoot recurring technical issues and implement permanent fixes to prevent future incidents.

• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hardware, software, and network-related issues.

• Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and asset inventories.

Requirements

• Proven experience in L2/L3 on-site IT support roles.

• Strong hands-on experience with POS systems, server administration, and end-user support.

• Solid knowledge of infrastructure setup, including servers, networking equipment, firewalls, Wi-Fi, and structured cabling.

• Expertise in Windows Server administration and Microsoft 365 management.

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple locations, and handle pressure situations effectively.

• Good communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
