Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate recruitment records and update applicant tracking systems.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of proven recruitment experience (preferably in retail or FMCG).

• Strong sourcing abilities and hands-on experience with various recruitment channels.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

• Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
