Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

Partner with department heads to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
Prepare and post job advertisements across relevant recruitment platforms.
Negotiate salary packages and manage offer rollouts.
Ensure smooth onboarding processes in coordination with HR and other departments.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and update applicant tracking systems.
Track recruitment KPIs such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.
Conduct reference checks and verify candidate credentials.
Stay updated on industry trends and best recruitment practices.
Requirements
3–5 years of proven recruitment experience (preferably in retail or FMCG).
Strong sourcing abilities and hands-on experience with various recruitment channels.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
