KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Teaching & Learning

Student Assessment & Progress

• Identify students who may require additional academic support.
• Work with relevant staff to implement suitable learning strategies and interventions.

Classroom & School Support

• Maintain a safe, respectful, inclusive, and well-organized classroom environment.
• Establish clear classroom routines and promote positive student behavior.
• Supervise students during lessons, activities, and other assigned school duties.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, school events, and activities.
• Support extracurricular programs, educational trips, celebrations, and school initiatives when required.
• Maintain professional relationships with students, parents, colleagues, and management.
• Follow school policies, safeguarding procedures, academic standards, and professional guidelines.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Relevant Bachelor’s Degree or recognized teaching qualification preferred.
• Previous teaching experience is an advantage.
• Strong subject knowledge and effective classroom-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to use educational technology and digital learning resources effectively.
