About The Role

Do you enjoy working in a fast paced, busy and energetic environment? Do you like to greet guests with a warm and welcoming smile? Then we are waiting for you to apply for the position of an Agent, Aquaventure Ticketing today!

As a Ticketing Agent, you will enjoy dealing with a variety of guests, representing Aquaventure as the first point of contact and delivering high standards of customer service to individual guests and groups. You will be responsible for all cash and credit card transactions for ticket sales, whilst providing a friendly and informative service about the resort and waterpark. Ticketing Agents will also monitor guests entering and exiting the ticketing plaza, maintaining a clean and safe environment at all times and ensuring all guests are carrying their wristbands.

About You

You will have prior experience working under pressure within a fast paced environment, with the ability to handle a high volume of transactions for ticket sales. You will be customer service focused, friendly with a willingness to assist guests with queries at all times. To be successful in this role, you will need previous experience handling cash and card payments as well as be comfortable working with various softwares. And don’t forget that warm and welcoming smile!
